Why Homeowners Call Us Back

The details that decide whether concrete lasts 5 years or 30

Anyone can pour mud in a form. What separates a driveway that's still tight in twenty years from one that spiders in two is the base under it, the steel in it, and the hands that finish it.

Proper base & compaction

We don't pour on soft ground. Sub-base gets cut, filled and compacted before a single form goes down.

Reinforcement, not shortcuts

Rebar or fiber mesh, correct slab thickness and control joints cut at the right spacing and depth.

Licensed, insured, permitted

Fully covered crews and permits pulled where required — so the work passes inspection and your property is protected.

Written quotes, no surprises

Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing. If something changes underground, you hear about it before we do it.

Our own equipment

Skid steers, mini-excavator and mulching head in-house. Fewer rental delays, tighter schedules, lower cost to you.

We show up

Start dates we can actually hit, calls returned the same day, and a clean site when we leave.

Forms set to grade, steel placed, concrete poured and finished — broom, smooth, stamped or colored.

  4. 04

    Cure, clean & walk-through

Joints cut, site cleaned, and clear instructions on when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.

Testimonials

What our customers say

“Tore out our cracked driveway and had the new one poured in two days. The crew cleaned up better than they found it. Two years later there isn't a single crack.”

“The stamped patio turned out better than the pictures we brought them. Fair price, showed up when they said, and explained everything as they went.”

Client NameCity, ST

“Cleared an acre of overgrown brush and graded it flat. What would have taken me a month took them a day and a half.”

Questions

Frequently asked

How long before I can use my new concrete?

Foot traffic is usually fine after 24–48 hours. Vehicles should stay off for 7 days on a standard driveway. Full design strength is reached at 28 days.

Will my concrete crack?

All concrete moves. That's why we cut control joints at the right spacing and depth — so any shrinkage cracking happens inside the joint where you don't see it, instead of across the middle of your slab.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Where your city or county requires a permit for driveways, aprons or structural slabs, we pull it and schedule the inspections.

How much does a concrete driveway cost?

It depends on square footage, thickness, access, and whether the old slab has to come out. We give a firm written price after a free on-site measure — no charge, no obligation.

Can you match or repair existing concrete?

We can pour extensions and additions, but exact color matching to weathered concrete is never guaranteed. For a seamless look, resurfacing or a stamped overlay is usually the better answer.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Cocoa and work throughout Brevard County and Central Florida — Rockledge, Merritt Island, Titusville, Melbourne, Viera, Port St. John and the surrounding areas. If you're just outside our normal radius, call us at (321) 446-1400 — for larger jobs we travel.
